Estella Avenue Knock through and Kitchen

Kitchen renovation project with removal of the load bearing wall between the existing galley kitchen and the second reception room in New Malden, Surrey, KT3. A steel beam was installed to carry the bathroom wall above. Alterations were made to the electrics and heavy duty vinyl flooring fitted before the installation of the new Howdens Kitchen with kickboard lighting. This change to the downstairs of the property has opened up a lot more space and allowed for so much more storage using the space as a kitchen/diner. It also makes life a lot easier as a host when entertaining dinner guests. A timelapse video of the project can be seen below.
