True luxury starts behind the plaster. We executed a complete renewal of the home's electrical and plumbing systems from top to bottom. This included a full property rewire and the installation of a brand-new, highly efficient central heating system and boiler to drastically lower running costs and future-proof the property.

To reclaim valuable square footage and prepare the home for an open layout, we carried out major structural modifications. Our team safely supported the building to remove the redundant chimney breasts from the ground floor all the way up through the top of the property, installing calculated, heavy-duty structural steel beams (RSJs) to seamlessly redirect the building's load.

To create a peaceful living environment, we installed high-specification soundproofing along the shared party wall. We then constructed clean false ceilings across the entire ground floor to house modern lighting, over-boarded all first-floor ceilings, and re-plastered the entire house to provide a flawless, razor-sharp canvas for the decorating team.

In the master bedroom, our custom joinery team constructed a large suite of bespoke built-in wardrobes tailored to the room's exact dimensions. To give the master suite a unique, luxury boutique feel, the wardrobe doors were finished in a striking, textured metallic paint.

To maximize natural light, we structurally widened the existing rear patio door openings in the kitchen, swapping old frames for large glazing that floods the cooking zone with daylight. To finish the ground floor, we installed new internal doors throughout and laid premium, highly durable, water-resistant Dureco flooring across the entire level for a seamless, elegant flow.
