The Double-Storey Side Extension
To dramatically increase the property's square footage, we constructed a substantial double-storey side extension. This major structural addition unlocked massive footprints on both the ground floor—expanding the main living and social zones—and the first floor, creating spacious new bedrooms for the family home.

Luxury Master Loft Conversion
We extended the home vertically by constructing a premium loft conversion. Complete with high-specification insulation and beautifully positioned roof windows, this structural conversion created a private, bright master bedroom sanctuary high above the noise of daily life.

This project went far beyond cosmetic updates. We stripped the existing property back to its core framework, executing extensive structural alterations to seamlessly integrate the new side extension and loft stairs. The entire property received a full infrastructure overhaul, including updated plumbing and electrics, followed by whole-house re-plastering to create a flawless blank canvas.
