Phase 1: Vast 6-Meter Ground Floor Extension
We extended the ground floor by a substantial 6 meters to create an expansive open-plan kitchen, dining, and living hub.
Light & Exterior: The exterior features a modern through-colour render and seamless aluminum bi-fold doors. To flood the deep extension with daylight, we integrated three flat glass roof lights (two 1m x 1m and one focal 2m x 1m light).
Kitchen & Functionality: We fitted a modern two-tone Howdens kitchen reconfigured to include a hidden utility room and a downstairs toilet, finishing the entire ground floor level with premium hardwood flooring.

Phase 2: Luxury Dormer Loft Conversion with En-Suite
We extended the property vertically into the roof space to deliver a private, building-regs-compliant master suite.
Space & Light: This spacious rear dormer conversion features a crisp master bedroom and private shower en-suite, flooded with natural light via high-performance Velux windows and elegant rear French doors.
Bespoke Joinery: To maximize storage without sacrificing floor space, our joinery team built custom wardrobes tailored exactly to the pitch of the eaves, finished with a flawless, hand-sprayed factory coating.
