Structural Knock-Through & Extension
We constructed a seamless 4-meter rear extension and completely removed the existing back wall of the property. To support the structure safely, our team installed heavy-duty structural steel beams, creating a completely fluid, wall-free kitchen and dining living space.

Flooding the Space with Light
To ensure the deep open-plan layout remained bright and airy, we integrated two large Velux roof windows into the new ceiling structure. We paired these with premium aluminum bi-fold doors that dissolve the boundary between the indoor living space and the garden.

Premium Kitchen & Flooring Fit-Out
The heart of the extension is a brand-new, high-specification Howdens kitchen. To achieve a bright, premium aesthetic, we completed the cabinetry with striking white Granite worktops. For a seamless and highly durable finish across the entire high-traffic ground floor, we installed premium wood-effect Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) flooring throughout.
