We completed a massive, multi-phase transformation at a single property in Earlsfield, South West London. By managing the structural construction, luxury plumbing, and custom joinery under one roof, our team turned a traditional layout into an expansive, light-filled family home.

Phase 1: 3m Pitched Roof Extension & Open-Plan Layout
We constructed a 3-meter rear extension with a stunning pitched roof, completely unlocking the ground floor's potential.
Light & Space: Installed 3 electric Velux windows and a 4.8m set of premium Origin bi-fold doors.
Structural Modifications: Removed the internal wall between the second reception and the old galley kitchen, while safely removing redundant chimney breasts to create a flawless open-plan layout.
Premium Finishes: Completed the space with a new boiler, solid hardwood Herringbone flooring, and a bespoke kitchen with a central induction-hob island.

Phase 2: Luxury Family Bathroom Structural Remodel
Moving upstairs, we knocked down the dividing wall between the original separate bathroom and toilet to create one large, high-end family oasis. The newly expanded room features a spacious corner shower, a striking freestanding bath, a modern wall-hung basin, and flawlessly laid brick-effect metro tiling.

Phase 3: Bespoke Hand-Sprayed Master Wardrobes
In the master bedroom, we designed and built a beautiful suite of custom fitted wardrobes tailored perfectly around the existing chimney breast. This highly organized storage system features 9 internal doors, 6 external drawers, custom shelves, hanging poles, and integrated motion-sensor LED lighting. It also features a custom central housing unit that neatly encloses the television while completely concealing all wiring, all finished with a professional, hand-sprayed coat.
